Hey Rachel, welcome to Qnet.

Might I suggest, if you're not entirely ready to come out to your friends and family yet, but still want to hang out with some same-sex attracted people, how about you head down to Bit Bent on Monday(Belconnen Youth Center6-8pm) or Thursday(Woden Youth Center, 5-6:30pm)?
However, I know that might be a big step, so for now I'll just say welcome, and I hope you make some friends and have a good time.

Lana xx

Anything goes / Re: Making Out
« on: 20 May, 2009, 08:28:48 pm »
I like to see people kiss in public most of the time, I think it's cute. However I hate kissing in public myself.
Depending on my mood I occasionally enjoy making out with a person (depending on how much I like them and how good a kisser they are :P)
But a lot of the time I just find it a bit uncomfortable or unnecessary. Going the whole hog and shoving tongues down throats while being felt up isn't what I would generally call an enjoyable experience in my opinion.

Firstly, Simmo, unless you are in a real big hurry when posting to the forums, try to work on your grammar.
From what I could figure out of your post, if they are unhappy in their current relationship, they need to work out for themselves what it is they actually want. If you like this person and they might be leaving their relationship, it might be useful to wait and see what happens.
I hope my advice is useful.

At the Hush Lounge/Bar in Woden.
Unfortunately it's an over 18 venue.

Sorry I couldn't come tonight guys. I am laid up in bed with a very nasty illness. I'm really not fit to drive or go out.

Okay still uncertain of if I can be there actually, just because I have no street directory, my headlights are crappy as so I hate driving in the dark and it seems no one will come with me so I'll be in my car all on my lonesome. But we'll see. We'll see.
