Shipping & Returns
Once the return is received at our warehouse, our revenue team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, it will be forwarded to the finance department for processing.
Note: Trading peak hours (including but not limited to Christmas and sales) may refund process longer.
Our finance team will send you an e-mail, allowing you to knowthat refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1-7 business days (depending on your financial institution) funds appear in your account.
Refund will be returned to the same credit card or PayPal account to pay you.
Use your gift card to make your purchase? No problem, we simply reload your refund amount back for the purchase of gift cards. If your gift card has been refunded expiration time, the 30-day extension period applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the right project:
Within 30 days after returning
The product is marked, damaged or show signs of wear of the product is not returned in the original, undamaged box or packaging
If any items are not eligible for a refund, we will contact you. If your order includes shipping cost of the project will be refunded only return unless the goods are regarded as failures. Please see more faulty goods here.
If you want to return a false good, buying a 30-day return period presented, please visit our web page returned. If you want to return after the 30-day period of good returns an error, please contact our customer service team happy. You can return before approval requirements of fault claims photograph. We would like OOK with suppliers or manufacturers consultation, if the project in question. If the item is found to be wrong, you will receive a full refund for the item, including shipping fee before delivery charges unless the order has been refunded.
