It's that time of year again. The ANU Sexuality Department is hosting the annual Pride Week - a week of celebrating queer youth and students. Get along to these events. Money raised during the week will be helping the department to send delegates to the annual Queer Collaborations conference in Perth.

Wednesday 11 May
Queer Action, 12Noon, Union Court, ANU
It's time for all queer and queer friendly people to unite
against the oppresion
of queers in Australia and around australia
Sexuality Forum (7-8.30pm), Manning Clark Center, Theatre 3
The highlight of week is the much anticipated SEX FORUM.
There'll be short
films and theatrical instalments, all to show what sexuality
and streotyping
really means. And its freeeeeee.
Thursday 12 May
Picnic + Games (12.30-2.30pm), on the lawns outside Chifley Library
Join in an afternoon of fun and games as we do away with all
opppression and
and eat some snacks. A joint initiative with the International
Students'
Association and ANUSA Womens' Department.
Politics in the Pub (5.30pm), Uni Bar, ANU
Come along and listen, to a disscussion on the marginalisation
of queers and
how it impacts on careers.
Dick And Jane Go To The Disco - Jellybabies dance party (18+)

Come to Toast Bar & Nightclub (above Electric Shadows) on Thursday 12th of May to celebrate the end of Pride Week. The party starts at 9pm. Gold coin entry. Folks of all kinds are welcome.
First the lovely ladies and ladymen of the Cannibal Tads will be punking it up the way only they can, then the fabulous local DJs Jemist and Dale B will mix up a storm. Let's all drink and dance and have a jolly good time!
